Friend, thank you.
It has been the honour of my life to serve our community as your MPP, and I am deeply humbled to continue as your MPP for another four years.
The movement that we have built together worked — we earned more votes in 2022 than in 2018 despite a lower voter turnout province-wide. You made a difference. You built our movement, and I can’t thank you enough.
This campaign was about more than just an election – it was about building power in our community and about support our most vulnerable.
From the convoy to the recent storms, our community has demonstrated deep compassion and solidarity in taking care of each other, and organizing for the change we need to thrive.
Our MPP office will support further organizing in our community. And I will remain here, for each and every one of you, when you need an advocate.
I can’t thank you enough. And I can’t thank our team enough for their tireless work.

Cela a été l'honneur de ma vie de servir notre communauté en tant que votre député provincial, et je suis profondément humble de continuer à être votre député provincial pour quatre autres années.
Le mouvement que nous avons construit ensemble a fonctionné - nous avons obtenu plus de votes en 2022 qu'en 2018 malgré une participation électorale plus faible à l'échelle de la province. Vous avez fait la différence. Vous avez construit notre mouvement, et je ne saurais trop vous en remercier.
Cette campagne était bien plus qu'une simple élection - il s'agissait de renforcer le pouvoir de notre communauté et de soutenir nos plus vulnérables.
Du convoi aux récentes tempêtes, notre communauté a fait preuve d'une profonde compassion et d'une grande solidarité en prenant soin les uns des autres et en s'organisant pour obtenir les changements dont nous avons besoin pour prospérer.
Notre bureau de député provincial appuiera la poursuite de l'organisation dans notre communauté. Et je resterai ici, pour chacun d'entre vous, lorsque vous aurez besoin d'un défenseur.
Je ne saurais trop vous remercier. Et je ne peux remercier suffisamment notre équipe pour son travail inlassable.
Restez à l'écoute pour notre tournée " Merci BBQ " à travers Ottawa Centre cet été. Nous voulons savoir ce que vous pensez que nous devrions faire dans les semaines et les mois à venir.
