A Commitment to Healthy Aging

Issues affecting seniors range from a growing lack of primary medical care, to the inability to age in place at home, to an emerging sense of isolation and loneliness.

The SHIH is engaging volunteers to turn all of this around. We have been developing a network of seniors and allies across our city who are willing to seek innovative solutions to these problems. But as we take on more issues, we will need more help.

Consider offering yours.

Let’s work together to help everyone age with dignity in the central Ottawa area.
